The Taste of Palacios Seafood Festival showcases the best flavors of the Texas Gulf Coast — including fresh seafood, Texas Gulf farm-raised oysters, local culinary talent, live music, kids' activities, and waterfront experiences — while celebrating the culture, heritage, and hospitality that make Palacios unique.
